Young & Beeler Adjusting Company, LLC is a multi-line,
independent adjusting firm specializing in the following types of claims.

  • From minimum task assignments to full adjustments, we can tailor our handling of your assignment to fit your needs. All assignments are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • We will attempt to contact the insured or claimant within 24 hours; however, in most cases, contact will be made on the same date the assignment is received.
  • We will attempt to inspect all losses within 48 hours of receiving the assignment.
  • We will contact the handling adjuster immediately if any coverage issues arise or if we feel the claim warrants the use of an outside expert. (Engineer or C&O Expert)
  • Property Assignments: All property assignments include a captioned report, repair estimate, color photographs, and a diagram where appropriate. Captioned reports will address suggested reserves, cause of loss, damages, salvage, and subrogation. The captioned report for any assignment received as a full adjustment will also include recommendations as to payments or coverages.
  • All of our property estimates are prepared using Xactimate Professional Estimating Software.
  • Every effort will be made to secure an agreed price with the named insured or their contractor.
  • A Replacement Cost Valuation for the insured risk will be provided at your request.
